    Buyer schedules and performs inspection, provides seller with Inspection Objection

    We negotiate out inspection items and provide Inspection Resolution to buyers

  • Appraisal

    14-25 days after accepted contract

    Lender orders appraisal and schedules through listing agent with approval from Sellers.

  • Closing

    30-45 after accepted contract

    3-5 days prior to closing Seller should receive documents from Title Company with detailed summary of charges and seller’s proceeds to be reviewed by agent with seller prior to closing
